Academic Support

Students are monitored throughout the school year using the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process. If a student is falling behind in a content area teachers monitor their progress. If a child is not making adequate progress over time, the teachers will meet together and with parents to discuss other possible support options for the student. Interventions are provided through intervention staff, classroom teachers, and highly qualified paraprofessionals.
