Wondering what Mental Health Services look like?

• Co Teach with teachers from both the General Education classroom and the Significant Support Needs Center Program (SSN) by pushing into the classroom or pulling students out during planned time.
• Hold 30-45 minute Individual and or small group instruction for students on Individual Education Plans (IEP) to support social emotional learning goals both in-person and virtually.
• Use Evidence-Base Practices to teach Social Emotional and Executive Functioning development such as Zones of Regulation, SuperFlex, and Get ready, DO, Done.
• Provide social emotional resources to teachers and students for classroom or individual use to build positive reinforcement and minimize negative behaviors.
• Assess behaviors and analyze data to make sure student's needs are being met.
• Consult with teachers, families, communities, and organizations to ensure the student is getting proper supports
• Provide office hours for students and teachers to seek additional social emotional support.
• Host lunch groups for students to connect more with peers and myself.
